1. Start with a source link you can trust
A good Kakobuy order begins with a live product page, not a screenshot or a vague item name. Open the source first and confirm that the photos, options, price, seller notes, and stock still match what you found in the spreadsheet.
If the source page is gone, the options are unclear, or the listing no longer matches the saved title, do not force the order. Go back to your shortlist and choose a cleaner candidate.
2. Use product search or image search carefully
If you have a Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Tmall, or Yupoo source, paste the link into Kakobuy and let the agent page pull in the listing details. If you only have an image, image search can help you find similar items, but similar does not always mean identical.
- Check whether the image result uses the same material, cut, color, and batch.
- Do not trust a match only because the first photo looks close.
- When several sellers show the same item, compare price, photos, options, and recent activity before choosing.
3. Read the options before checkout
Many failed orders happen before the agent buys anything. Slow down on color codes, size labels, batch names, version notes, and add-on options. If the option names are confusing, leave a clear remark for the agent instead of guessing.
For clothing, compare garment measurements rather than only tag size. For shoes, check insole length and regional sizing notes. For bags and accessories, confirm dimensions because product photos often hide scale.
4. Estimate the full cost early
The item price is only one part of the total. Before ordering too many products, estimate domestic shipping, service fees, warehouse storage rules, item weight, packaging choices, international shipping, and any return cost if the item fails QC.
Use weight as a decision signal. Heavy shoes, large bags, thick jackets, and boxed items can become expensive to ship. Removing shoeboxes or extra packaging may save money, but only do it when the item will still be protected well enough.
5. Track each warehouse stage
- Pending or processing: Kakobuy is reviewing the order or preparing to purchase it.
- Purchased: the agent has bought the item from the seller.
- Seller sent: the seller has shipped the item to the warehouse.
- Warehouse received: the item arrived and QC photos should become available.
- Stored or ready: the item is available for parcel submission after you approve it.
- Parcel submitted: you selected packaging and a shipping route for international delivery.
6. Treat QC photos as the real product page
Warehouse photos show the item you actually received. Compare them with the source listing before approving. Look for the details that matter for the category: toe box and sole shape for shoes, print placement and fabric for shirts, zippers and lining for bags, sleeve length for jackets, and hardware finish for accessories.
If the photos are not enough, request an extra photo before shipping. A small delay is better than sending an item internationally when the size, color, or condition is still uncertain.
7. Decide: approve, return, or hold
Approve the item when it matches the source, fits your measurements, and still makes sense after estimated shipping. Return it when the wrong option arrived, the flaw is obvious, or the listing does not match what you ordered. Hold it when you need another photo, need to compare it with another item, or want to combine it into a larger parcel.
8. Choose shipping with a plan
Shipping is a tradeoff between cost, speed, size limits, packaging protection, and route restrictions. Do not choose the cheapest line automatically. Check whether the line accepts your product type, whether tracking is useful, and whether the parcel size or declared value could create problems.
Before paying for the parcel, review the final item list, removed packaging choices, address, route, estimated weight, and tracking expectations.
Use product lists at the right moment
Product lists are best for discovery and comparison. Kakobuy is where the buying checks become real. Use the list to find strong candidates, then use Kakobuy to verify the source, inspect QC photos, and ship only the items that still make sense.
